About Me

Our founder is a native of San Diego, California. Ms. Watts has a true passion for Restorative Practices and Peace Circles. She was immersed in different cultures, languages, and able to develop strong lasting relationships with humans from all walks of life at an early age. She obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and minor in Spanish from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her career includes providing counseling services to individuals, groups, and families struggling with substance abuse/addiction, incarceration, educational, community, social and emotional issues. Ms. Watts has been employed as a School Counselor with East Baton Rouge Parish Schools System. She enjoys watching the metamorphosis take place as participants break out of their cocoon, as self-actualization increases to promote healthy social, emotional and cognitive development.
